This page explains, in plain words, what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who handles it for us, and what choices you have. We wrote it the way we would want it explained to us.
Who we are
Apex Premium Solutions LLC, based in Chicago, Illinois. In this policy, "we" means Apex. Questions about anything on this page: info@apexpremiumsolutions.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you use the booking form on this site, talk with us through the chat tool, book a call, or email us, we collect what you send: your name, your business name, your email address, your phone number, and what you tell us about your business and what you need. When a business becomes a client, we also keep the operational information needed to run its services.
Information collected automatically. This site is simple, and it runs no advertising trackers. A few technical pieces still collect limited data to do their jobs:
- The booking form and chat tool are provided by our customer platform and may use cookies and similar technology so the chat works, your conversation is remembered, and we can tell where a conversation started.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include internet addresses, browser types, and the pages requested.
- This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your internet address in order to serve the font files.
How we use it
We use your information to answer you, prepare your free evaluation, book and run your calls, provide and manage the services you asked for, send follow ups and reports about your account, keep the site working and secure, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for unrelated advertising, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to hear from us by text, we may send text messages about your inquiry, your booking, or your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, and HELP for help. We do not share or sell your phone number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
If you ask us to stop follow up emails, we stop. Reply to any message from us and say so, or write to the address above.
Who processes it for us
We run this business on a small set of providers, and they process information only to deliver their services to us:
- Centerfy, our customer platform, built on GoHighLevel software. The booking form, chat tool, calendar, and our customer records run there.
- Netlify, which hosts this website.
- Google Workspace, which runs our email, and Google Fonts, which serves the site's typefaces.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. On this site, cookies come from the booking form and chat tool described above, and they exist so those tools work properly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still read fine; the chat and form may not work as smoothly.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information while we are talking with you and for a reasonable period after, so we can answer if you come back. Client information is kept for the life of the relationship and a reasonable period after it ends, for our records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information sooner; see Your Choices below.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, and we keep access limited to the people and providers who need it to serve you. Illinois law (the Personal Information Protection Act) requires businesses like ours to protect personal information and, if a breach of that information happens, to notify the people affected in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay. If that ever involves your information, we will do exactly that.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to info@apexpremiumsolutions.com and we will handle it.
Some states, including California, give their residents specific privacy rights by law. Those laws generally apply to businesses much larger than ours today, and because we do not sell personal information, there is no sale to opt out of here. Our promise is simpler than any statute: ask, and we will show you, fix it, or delete it.
Children
This site is built for business owners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
