Apex Premium Solutions LLC, based in Chicago, Illinois. "Apex" and "we" in these terms mean the LLC.
What Apex does
We build websites and run online operations for service based businesses: websites, customer follow up systems, scripts, social media management, and ongoing website care and reporting. Every engagement starts with a free business evaluation. After the evaluation, services are priced by custom quote and provided under a separate written agreement with the client. Nothing on this website is a price list, and no figure or statement on this site is an offer or a promise of price.
The free evaluation
The evaluation is a professional review of your online presence, given in writing. It is our honest opinion based on what we can see. It creates no obligation on either side: you do not have to hire us, and we do not promise to take every business on.
No guaranteed results
We build and run systems designed to help a business grow. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, bookings, or revenue, and no honest provider can. Anyone who promises you a ranking is selling you something.
Using this site
Use this site for its purpose: learning about Apex and getting in touch. Do not use it to break the law, to interfere with the site or its tools, to impersonate anyone, or to submit information that is false or that you have no right to share.
Client responsibilities
Clients give Apex access to one operations account that the client owns, on the customer platform Apex runs for the client. That access covers only the accounts and tools the work requires, and the client may revoke it at any time. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the business information they provide, and for keeping their own account credentials secure.
Intellectual property
The content on this website, including its text, design, and marks, belongs to Apex Premium Solutions LLC unless it belongs to someone else. A client's business content remains the client's. Work product created for a client is governed by that client's written agreement with us.
Third party tools and links
This site embeds tools from our customer platform, including the booking form and the chat tool, and links to other websites. Those tools and sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
The website itself
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. Business details, services, and availability described here can change, and the site may occasionally be unavailable while we work on it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Apex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
